JT doing the Bosa shrug post-surgery... http://i.imgur.com/puJpquv.jpg

Urban has a lot of good gifs out there. This one from Saturday was awesome... http://media.giphy.com/media/3rgXBJeG5IFxZrGRMc/giphy.gif

Total yardage does not determine the winner of a game. So asking about it in that context would be very dumb. Like you.

Been reading McElwain ends up at Florida.

Some odds sites have Tressel as the favorite to be the next Huskers' coach. It's not something that just popped up. They've been in love with Tressel for a while in Lincoln. Also... DOM TIBERI @DOMTIBERI 3m3 minutes ago Urban Meyer says J.T. Barrett's surgery was a success and he is expected back in the Spring on a limited basis.

Cardale looked decent in mop up duty vs. Illinois. I guess he was good enough to hold off JT until 2 days before Braxton's injury. There are the positives.
-
OSU announced broken ankle. Nothing about dislocation. Just hoping we have someone other than Cardale ready for spring ball.
-
Have read dislocated ankle and torn meniscus. That's the same knee he tore his ACL on in HS too. Kid's expression stays the same at all times so you can never seem to tell. He went back to get looked at then came out and watched the rest of the game from A deck so I guess it can't be insanely bad? Fuck.
-
You mean giving up just shy of 500 rushing yards the last 2 weeks while turning the ball over 6 times doesn't scream "guaranteed B1G champs?" WELL FUCK YOU THEN. :lolguy: But... yeah... with what Cobb and Coleman have done the last 2 weeks I don't see why Gordon couldn't go off. Especially if Powell keeps taking the worst angles anyone's ever seen ever. If Wisconsin wins on Saturday then OSU will end up having faced the top 2 RB's in the country in a span of 3 weeks. 3 of the top 10 RB's in the country in a span of 4 weeks.

Why is he a clown? I really didn't comb through the guy's posts.

I think some rumors were discussed with regards to Braxton transferring in the other thread but to start that back up here... an Oregon guy who claims to have good sources posted this on reddit...
-
He was really good last year after being a nice pass rusher on 3rd downs as a freshman. I think he may have battled through an injury a bit last year? Then obviously he was suspended for the bowl game. Bosa is up for all these national awards as it is but can you imagine if he had Spence opposite him this year? There were A LOT of mock drafts that had Spence as a top 10 pick assuming he would come out after this season. Of course he won't be that now since he missed a whole season but he's still going to get drafted if he chooses to go that route.

Noah Spence declared permanently ineligible by the B1G after his appeal today. Sucks for him. B1G needs to change their labeling of ecstasy as a fucking PED.

Yeah, might as well. We're blowing through these things now. This one barely made it 3 weeks.
-
Last year. He hasn't done anything this year.

Going back to the discussion of available scholarships... Chris Carter and Antonio Underwood (both 4th year juniors) are listed as seniors making their final appearance in Ohio Stadium on Saturday. So it would appear that they will not be back next season. Underwood never really did much. Carter at least seemed to care at times and tried a position change. But that final OL class from Bollman (Tommy Brown being the 3rd) was pathetic.

Stray dog follows swedish adventure team through the jungle!
bicranium replied to Rustlestiltskin's topic in Dumpster
I wonder if the dog understands any Spanish commands and when he eventually learns Swedish ones he'll be bilingual. -
It was for the 2006 season though. I refer to non-championship bowl games for the year in which they're played (ie. the 2013 Orange Bowl vs. Clemson, 2009 Fiesta Bowl vs. Texas) but title games I use the year for the season they're determining the champion of (ie. the 2002 National Championship game vs. Miami).
-
I thought I had heard that somewhere. Also, unrelated but wanted to mention it, Urban told the team if anyone throws a punch like last year in The Game they're dismissed.
-
Yeah, I don't see any changes either. Only thing to worry about is Baylor moving ahead of OSU. They beat Okie St. by 21 (a team FSU only beat by 6 but FSU doesn't beat anyone by more than a TD this year). The playoff committee seems to be in love with the "game control" score from ESPN's Football Power Index. Baylor's vs. Okie St. was 82 (100 is the highest). OSU's vs. Indiana was 62. For the record, OSU's highest game control score this season was vs. MSU. 97 out of a possible 100.
-
Be interesting to see what he does moving forward. Could start a little domino effect. OSU landed 3* OT Branden Bowen out of Utah tonight as expected. 6'7", 330lbs. So that's 3 potential tackle prospects in this class with him, Schmidt (6'6"+) and Feder (listed at 6'9"). Burrell is the closest thing to a "superstar" as far as the OL commits are concerned but after seeing what Warinner has done with this year's OL... I don't think it matters. He'll take whatever he's given and get results.
-
Like I've been saying all year... the Mississippi teams didn't all of a sudden become elite programs. The top SEC teams are down, the bottom ones are up, creates a pile of garbage in the middle but they get help from ESPN.
-
Gotta look at attrition within the class too... First, Liam McCullough is a grayshirt offer so he doesn't count. Then Carlton Davis I've read about grades or just him being recruited over (Briscoe/Taylor). Green same thing with being recruited over (Briscoe/Taylor). Josh Alabi may very well switch to MSU with Mike Weber (currently committed to Michigan) which then leads LJ Scott back to OSU unless Harris somehow starts trending back towards OSU. No matter what, the coaching staff knows so much more about what's going on with their numbers and it looks like they're going to take around 6 more players... 2 OL (Bowen and James or Richmond) 1 DL (Gallimore) 1 DB (Briscoe or Taylor) 1 WR (Cager) 1 RB (Harris or Scott) The 2 OL would be additions. Gallimore takes Alabi's place, Briscoe/Taylor take Davis/Green's place, the WR and RB are also additions.

7 of the top 10 teams in the country have wins over 2 or more currently ranked opponents. The 3 teams with only 1? Alabama, Ole Miss and Mississippi State. SEC! SEC! SEC!
