I got WOW right when they made their wideband options available and had an issue where their modem thing reset typically once a day on its own. It wasn't a huge problem because it ended up being about 45 seconds of downtime a day but if that happened during an online game or watching something on Netflix then it was an issue. They came out and replaced the modem and everything and it didn't help at all. I've got their Ultra TV now so everyone goes through their "gateway" and it runs like a champ. The only issue I've had since I got that back in March or whenever it became available was an outage related to the massive power outages from the derecho back in July. I reset the whole system on my own every 2-3 weeks just out of paranoia.

I wish WOW would offer a 30/5 tier. Or turn the 50/5 tier into 50/10. I have 50/5 right now and the downstream is admittedly overkill but I love the upstream for various reasons.

More like a third chance on life since he hit the scaffolding a second time when he got up to walk away. And watching the dude at the end as he tried to writhed in pain... I thought the same thing. I'd maybe try to just grab the scaffolding again to try and finish it off.

WOW fer daaaaaaaaaaaaays. Had U-verse for maybe 10 months and did not like it at all.

Reading the article 2 of them survived. I'd guess the guy furthest from the camera who 1) never caught on fire and 2) never moved would be the one other than the guy who walked away on his own. The worst part of the video was around the 7:40 mark when I noticed the guy most on fire was very much alive and moving. At least 90 seconds of him moving his head, trying to gather himself to maybe crawl away, then near the very end of the video he looks like he's trying to put himself out and the flames coming from himself actually get worse then the video ends.

Go to the page where you input information to post. Then click the Adblock icon somewhere in your browser. Then select "Open blockable items." One of the first items to pop up will be this... http://www.columbusracing.com/banners/smilies/Dumb.png Right click on it, select "Add exception rule for item" then the option you want will already be selected (where it adds an exception for all the images in that directory). Click add filter and refresh the page.

Ehhhh... rather not use up a 2013 scholarship on Storm at this point...lol.

Wanted to quote this for this post from an "insider" on Scout... If OSU weren't in the situation they are in (under a microscope due to the NCAA shit) I think Storm gets to stick around and let everything play out. Now he's so far behind/out of the loop, even if he does get allowed back on the team (as he should if that story is even close to accurate) he won't be useful in any way really.

I don't think the medical reasons ever came up when he left. There were issues with chronic headaches in the winter/spring I believe then when he actually transferred out the medical reasons weren't mentioned. I think they probably helped him get left behind but just being buried on the depth chart ended up being the key contributing factor to his transfer. Thought he and Steve Miller were going to be beasts at OSU. Hayes is gone now but Miller is supposed to be very good now. D-line is going to be incredible for the foreseeable future.

Nothing solid. Been talk about the possibility ever since the PSU sanctions were announced. What's the connection there? PSU has 5* TE Adam Breneman. People were wondering if OSU would go after him again once the sanctions were announced and it was said that they would not but the reason was kept secret. Now Bosa tweets that and everyone is kinda like, so is this the reason why? Just winks and stuff out of the "insiders" I've read stuff from but it looks like that may be the case. Would be funny if Bosa stuck with OSU, Heuerman switched to OSU and Anzalone was stuck at ND. For those who don't remember, those 3 were very tight on their OSU visit for the spring game and ended up in the picture with the pervert from Kentucky which led to Anzalone's switch to ND.

Bellamy has left the team officially. Staying at OSU though and may return to the team in the future. The All Access thing from last night was great. Really like Tom Herman. Knew he'd probably be a little strange since he's a Mensa guy but he's good strange. Talking about Ferris Bueller with the QB's in yesterday's episode...lol.

Definitely not a fan of ESPN but this shit is nothing but good for the program. The next 2 weeks OSU is going to be plastered all over ESPN in an extremely positive way for a change.
-
If Bellamy ends up being done it's not about football supposedly. Just some stuff going on with him personally I guess that is making him reconsider football entirely. Also, the ESPN All Access OSU stuff started last night. This stuff has to be good for recruiting. 5PM each night on ESPNU through Friday then some Sportscenter stuff on Sunday then all next week OSU stuff on CFB Live and I believe Tuesday night an hour-long all access thing.

I know I am. *fart noise* -
Yep, he likes dat ganja. Still have the over/under for "honey badger"on any Musberger-announced LSU game at about 7.

Just got around to watching that and... wow. Why on earth would they cut out an entire filmed sequence about escaping Atlanta? I mean, it sounds like they filmed a lot of stuff. Did Darabont get pissed that they wouldn't let him do everything he wanted to and just say fuck it and skip it all? Fucking AMC. Should have let Darabont do whatever he wanted to.

Kinda figure Merle has to be with the Governor's crew at this point. Maybe he takes care of what happens to Rick in the comics.

Have a Lenovo from 2006 that I've never had any problems with aside from the battery not really holding a charge anymore but I think that's to be expected with its age and the fact that I rarely used it unplugged anyways.

Yeah, I'd assume it's electronically timed. And the OSU track isn't a "fast" track like it was in the mid-00's anymore so those times are legit. Also, Roby was my favorite player in that class coming in. Thought he'd go the Malcolm Jenkins route and play as a freshman but got redshirted so I turned to Big Hank and he had a really nice freshman year. Sucks that this will probably be the last year for both of them.
-
Welp, camp started today. Some of the more interesting notes just from standard interviews and whatnot... - Bradley Roby had to earn his new #1 jersey and Urban felt that he did enough to do that. Currently the fastest player on the team with a 4.31 40 and with Jordan Hall out for a little while at least, Roby will be the #1 kick returner as well. - Carlos Hyde has lost some weight, while getting stronger and faster... ran a 4.35 40 and will be returning kicks with Roby. Hyde said when asked what to expect of the offense this season... "A lot of points." Also said the only time they've lined up in the I since Urban got here was near the goal line. - Braxton feels a lot more comfortable being the leader this season as a sophomore than he did as a freshman. Is eating up the pressure being put on him by the coaching staff to truly control the offense. Worked with the WR's every morning over the summer and really saw improvements from Devin Smith and Philly Brown. Said Smith was both antsy and lazy at times last year but has dedicated himself to being the #1 receiver - Kenny Hayes asked for and received his release from the program. He was buried on the depth chart and with more and more DL coming in it wasn't going to get any better. Have to think this is partially due to him having to sit out so much due to whatever his headache issues were/are.

This should be pretty awesome... http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2012/08/02/ohio-state-focus-of-latest-training-days-series-on-espnu-espn/143733/

As others have mentioned now, Dish recently lost AMC. The "bunch of stations" you might be thinking of was probably the Viacom/DirecTV dispute where Viacom ended up pulling something like 14 channels off DTV for a week or maybe less. MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, etc. In the past my family has had DirecTV and Dish. All I remember is losing signal like crazy in any kind of rain with both providers. This was probably almost 10 years ago now though so I'm sure that stuff has improved a lot. I know DTV is widely regarded as having the best picture quality of any kind of TV provider.

Yeah Gibson must have some serious work to do off the field because he's amazing on it. Gardner committed after one of the camps in June but as you said it wasn't quite a committable offer yet. Staff wanted him to drop 25-30 pounds and come back for FNL. He did just that and looked good out there because of it, Warriner, Pace, Bentley, etc. approval... kid's a Buckeye. Of course now he has to keep up the good work and keep the weight down and everything to keep the offer. Really like kids like him and Lee who came to multiple camp settings and did things away from campus as well to earn their offers because of how much they wanted to be Buckeyes.

Skittles I eat by the handful as someone else posted so the yellow goes in with the rest. Actually bought over 5lbs. of Skittles recently on Amazon because I wanted some Skittles and didn't see it was a 2 pack of 41oz. bags. And yellow Starburst are better than orange. Pink blows everything out of the water though.

Yeah, $24/month... :dumb: I had instant streaming and 1 DVD (which I never used) for a long time and it was $8.99/month I think. Once they made a streaming only package for $7.99 I switched to it immediately. Lots of good TV shows (currently watching The IT Crowd) and plenty of decent movies. I watch some Netflix on my Xbox pretty much every night as I go to sleep. I also torrent like crazy and have about 15TB of HDD space. :lolguy:
