  1. We stopped into Ocho Rios on a cruse for a day. We had a blast. I can't speak for all of Jamaica, but Ocho Rios was a nice small town. Somewhat regressed by our standards, but the people were great. If you are not SCUBA certified then you might consider it before going. You can learn to dive while you are there I'm sure, but I would rather spend my learning time here in the states and spend my diving time there enjoying the water. If that is to intense, then the snorkeling is awesome too.
  2. I'm doing a hybrid class right now through Ashland. What it means for me is that the class meets on the first and last day of the semester. Everything else is done online. I'm not sure why this isn't just an online class. Speaking of which, I better get to studying.
  3. For what it's worth, good luck. I do agree with the above statement, if he did not have insurance the the accident was the result of him committing a crime.
  4. I've been out of town also, but I should be there for this one.
  5. The Cyborg R.A.T. looks awesome, but I think my favorite of the bunch is the G-point.
  6. Not a fan of black wheels, so I vote #1
  7. Squid = Squirrely ass kid .... he's too old to fit that, so I have to agree with the above quotes. On a side note, the judge was hot!
  8. I have been considering this myself. I love my car, but I'm jealous of how quick a lot of the stock bikes are. I don't think I'll be giving up the Camaro any time soon, but if the right deal on a 'busa comes around I would be sorely tempted.

  10. Send his wife as much information as you have .... and a 9 iron.
  11. That plastic pulley was fubar. A metal one was a good idea. I had my crank pulley come loose. Of the 3 bolts, one was missing all together and the other two had come half way out. When the belt jumped it got wedged behind the A/C compressor pulley and the belt tensioner pully. Picked up a new belt and 3 new bolts at NAPA and she was good as new.
  12. Holy bat shit batman! They're gonna race the bat-mobile!
  13. Another option would be to approach your adviser. They should be able to direct you to the correct person to talk to based on the situation. If they don't know, they can find out. Sorry to hear that CSCC has outgrown its campus. I too was there in the early 90s and it was great.
  14. Foxworthy is a funny guy, and normally has some pretty interesting perspectives.
  15. It's worth looking into, but I don't think they will. The LT1 heads have a 3/8" stud, the LT4 had the 7/16" stud. The studs can be replaced with 7/16".
  16. That sucks. I was thinking about joining out there. I've been there once. I thought the place was a little crude, but overall not a bad facility. Apparently it was a law enforcement training facility in it's former life. So, it offers a wide variety of shooting styles.
  17. I'm curious how the wavetrac posi would hold up.
  18. Your PM box is full. You can send me the address on facebook if you want.
  19. CR Cookout 6/26 @ 1:00 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=80779 So, I already have the day blocked off on my calendar. Tow it to the cookout and we can all work on it? Seriously though, count me in to help.
  20. Check with your machine shop then on line honing. The block may need it anyhow, but I think you'll want to go 4 bolt, may as well go with splayed. But, it'll require line honing which may blow your machine shop budget. Speaking of which, just out of curiosity, what is your budget for this project? I found I could buy a short block already set up for about the same cost as doing it all myself with good parts, but that way I have no surprises and a warranty.
  21. Is there tint that needs removed first? I asked Dyno Brians guy about removal and he said about the same charge to tint the window, so would double the cost per window.
  22. 450 at the wheels or crank? 450 crank should not be difficult, wheels will be. If you would rather stick with fuel injection I have an LT1 block that has already been to the machine shop and is ready to go. It would need clearanced for the 383 crank and bored .030 over though. I was going to build a replacement motor for my Camaro and ended up getting a Golen 383 street strip short block instead.
  23. How much white smoke? I saw a car with an injector stuck wide open. It did run, but that cylinder obviously was not firing and the white smoke cloud was like a smoke screen. Turned out to be a bad PCM.
