Depends on where. Columbus has lots of areas that are extremely nice and some are much more run down. I have some 2 bedrooms near the Hudson and 71 area that I rent for $625/$650

False. It was originally announced by Xbox as Black Friday when they first released it (November 29th). Then it was moved. Regardless, the official date is 11/22.
