  1. Yep, been there done that. Sorry to hear. I lost quite a bit years ago from theft.
  2. I've always looked at it like... if your boats wake cant overpower oncoming waves then move to a different spot. I immediately turn around for my riders safety, because most of the time its idiots on the water only paying attention to other boats and not people in the water.
  3. If thats all your wanting to use it for, Id say go for it. I have 2 580's that I use for OCF, during outdoor shoots. They are dialed down the majority of the time. What Im saying it Im not using all their power. So for indoors trying to over come some ambient light you'll be fine. Its a good starter flash. One recommendation I have is to loose the UV filters. Just try it. If you dont notice better image quality, put them back on. But I bet you will. Do a test shot, on something static.
  4. I was headed to Zoombezi Bay and passed by. Looked like a good turn out to me. The girls looked like shit though.
  5. The monte ruined those pictures. The baby looks bottle fed.
  6. I hate to say that some times I listen to WNCI for filler music. Ive heard it on there. Im actually using a line of the song as my FB status.
  7. I think the anticipation of the first jump, then the first few seconds of it would scare the shit out of me (or anyone) then after thats over with its a joy ride.
  8. Should have used it. You wouldnt have had any problem. I have a marine battery in my F-250, its been in there for 5 years. I havent driven the truck in 4 months, but I could go out right now and start it up.
  9. Well theres 6, thats 189 a person. 7 or more its 179
  10. My 90 year old grandfather just had his go up 1400 a year.
  11. Sounds to me like you have a break in your line. I had a problem where a tiny part of my yard was wet, I just thought it was from rain, and it may have been a low spot. I started going through filters like crazy to keep water pressure up. Finally I decided to go dig up the wet spot since it was there every time I cut the grass. It was a crack in the line, as the water passed through some went out and when there was no pressure from the pump it allowed silt to come back in the pipe. Cost 300 to fix, only because I had an excavator handy. Ill add that the main thing that made me dig it up was the water movement upward coming from the yard.
  12. For sure. I keep telling myself every summer Im going to do it. Of course its not to late to do it this year. Its 200 a jump.
  13. With 2.2 mowable acres and 20+ old trees (BIG) I use mulching blades also. Does the trick for me.
  14. Two things I want to do in life. Ski Dive and that!
  15. Im not a gamer, but I would play the hell out of that. '
  16. I could have swore I just saw this boat in PAT today. (driveway of coarse) And Im pretty sure I pass you in that white truck, on my bike all the time on 310 and surrounding areas. Do you live out here?
  17. Your exactly right. I could have worded that a little better. Your opinion is exactly like mine. Just because this is a MC forum, doesnt mean that the rider couldn't have been at fault. But it all goes back to whoever dropped their load for me. If that wasnt there, we wouldn't be talking about this one.
  18. I hate to be the one to say it first, but I dont think it was the drivers fault. It was whoever let the shit drop off their truck. Perfect identical situation happened to me this morning. Cam-car, was hauling a wrecked car 70W to 71S, I tried to pass him before the exit because I was watching the bumper covers bounce at every bump. And I knew it was only a matter of time before it came off. Im on a cruiser not a rocket so, as I have my turn signal on and come up beside him, its seems he accelerates. I backed back down, and tucked in behind him. The last bump before the 71S ramp, the cover comes off the car. Straight into my path. Luckily I have backed off enough that I have time to watch the path of the cover, check for cars and swerve around. I was going to call Cam-Car and let them know about the incident but let it go for the time being. This is the perfect example as to why drivers need to "secure" their loads. I cant believe I didnt call, because my main words would have been stating the point that Im on a bike and it could have possibly killed me. Then this happened, and whoever I talked to and the driver who would hopefully have been notified, could have though about this. They WILL be my first call in the morning for sure. And just to add quickly to the post above me. Im with you on the semis being able to drive in every lane and doing 70. Pisses me off, in a car, or on the bike. Something needs to be done, to put them back in the right lane and slow them done. Its actually on the next topic of conversation with my brother. I hope that being part of the AG office he can put me into touch with the right people.
