there AR-15 is good stuff. the mags are junk they come with though.

Tech Tip: seasoned rotors stop better than new rotors. why? because of the smooth finish. when you machine the old rotors or install new rotors there is tiny cuts in the face called lands and vallys (per GM) and those take away from the surface contact area. unless they are pulsating then you don't really need to turn them. this tech tip has been brought to you by someone that knows what the fuck they are doing. void in the U.S. Virgin Islands, HI, Mexico, Canada, and small shit hole countrys. no purchase necessary, Tax in Mi, Oh, Md, Tx. void where prohibited.

plus it has about 10k more miles than mine and i picked mine up for less.

but it needs the transmission rebuilt so add 1900 for a RPM transmission 600 for a clutch and a few more hundred in labor.

dodge trucks are junk, the engine is good but the transmissions are shit. and the front ends wear out like crazy tie rod ends and ball joints. straight axle, has u-joints that wear out offten too. powerjokes only seem to have the front end issuse as well ball joints and tie rod ends. auto transmissions are kinda junk on the older ones. duramax is what i had. i loved that thing. drive one for yourself and you'll agree. no issues with the 2004.5+ (LLY and i forget the new one)trucks but the 01-04.5 (LB7) had some injector issues. if GM already replaced them under warranty then your good to go. i don't know who told you about pulling a cylinder out to rebuild it but they were on crack. they are not that fun to work on.

hmm.... i wonder if i can take off that friday. sunday is autocross so that would be a good warm up for the test and tune.

i woke up to old news out the ass today. this is from november. i thought i read about it on here as well as another board but i guess it was just the other one.

there not hard at all. i have done many of them at work.

i thought this was old news? i found out about this a few months ago at a GM training class. its a pretty cool design they have for the turbo with a bypass valve to keep the turbo spooled up when you shift gears insted of it starting to drop off. its also suposed to help keep it spooled up when your slowing down to go into a turn.

we have a used one at Ricart chevy with an exhaust on it already and it sounds damn good.

is there threaded holes in it to put some bolts to get it poped off?
