    shooting range rental

high power rifles are out, shotguns are ok but would perfer to keep it to handguns. the range is older than i am so the 1/2 inch plate steel doesn't stop rifle rounds like .223 and such. now if it was a pistol class cartage (9mm, .40cal, .45) those are fine.

SA is designed after the glock, its a good gun also. so is the S&W sig. glock sued S&W because they copyed alot of the internal designs. think of buying a gun like this, is your life worth a $150 highpoint that i have seen brake or a proven gun like glock, or a sig? there both around 450-500.
  4. i have access to a non public shooting range, i wanted to post a poll to see if anyone would be intrested in renting it out for a few hours. i can have up to 10 for about as many hours as you want. i am a certifed sub-machine gun/carbine instructor and firearms instructor so i will be there to help out with questions you may have. post here if you would be intrested in this and i'll work something out.

yes i mean revolver, there also called wheel guns depending on who you talk to. the 1911 has a hammer lock, the hammer lock can be disengauged by a jacket or your belt anything that hits it and then 2-3lbs or trigger pull you have lead in your leg. i know of a few people that have had that happen. not a safety a hammer lock! by comparing a glock to a revolver i mean there is no levers, switches or what not, just pull the trigger and shoot, both are the same. so basicaly a glock is a semi-auto revolver.
  6. a cracked head could also, i mean not that ford ever had a cracked head problem

there is no such thing as a "safety" on a hand gun. there is a decocker. how many years did police carry a wheel gun? they have no "safetys" on them and they never had a problem. all a glock is is a relover thats semi-auto.

I have a glock model 22, its not for sale but .40 cal. i would not buy anything but a glock, 75% of america's police forces use them for a reason. my dad is a trainer of trainers for 9 states in police firearms, driving, ect. ect. and a HUGE fan of S&W 9mm's, but after using a glock he said he would never carry anything but a .40 cal glock model 22. 9 is to small 45 is to big and not enough of them. .40 has more power than a 9 and more rounds than a 45.

  11. it was beat to death on another board, it does make more power but according to super chevy "the STS system produces around 5psi, but methanol injection kit is available, with allows you to produes 7psi." you have to add a oil pump to your car but it comes with the kit. on a stock LT1 it took the power from 302hp@4000 to 385hp@5300 with 7psi of boost. LS1 cars went from 311hp@5500 to 413hp@5000 with 5psi and 442@4000 with 7psi. good improvement but for $4000 i wouldn't buy it
  12. you don't want the rear mount kit. talk about turbo lag. its STS remote mount turbo kit, http://www.ststurbo.com, there is an article about them putting it on a LT1 camaro in the october issue of Super Chevy page 120. has a silver 69 camaro on the cover and says "make big power."

i'm also down for some ridin, i think my front tire is starting to dislike me because i keept it on the ground for so long. where at and what time
  22. did you bench bleed the master? since you replaced all that shit its a bitch do blead but open all the lines and let it sit untill fluid starts dripping out the bleeders then close them as each starts to drip. crack one open at a time just enough that if you push the pedel fluid could come out, hold your finget over the hole and have someone else pump the brakes slow, i've never had that not work. but if it don't i don't know how skilled you are at making shit but take a steel plate that will cover the master cylinder and drill a hole in it so you can get a piece of vacuum hose in it and strap it to the master with a rubber gasket between them and find a vacuum pump that has a another port that has a pressure side. now you have a power bleeder so you can go to town on bleeding.
