  1. They disgraced our heritage and forefathers when they added it to begin with. They were rolling in their graves when it was chosen over "E Pluribus Unum".
  2. Sorry hadn't had my caffeine yet. I don't know I have mixed feelings. Usually educating someone is the first step. If you can at least get 'clean use' into their heads than i think treating the root problem (heroine use) probably becomes easier without the distractions. You also limit the risk of transfer of nasty stuff to non-users they may be involved with.
  3. I'm betting tax money goes treat what happens if you don't follow these guidelines. I'm also willing to bet it's many times more expensive to treat a couple of these than to print and distribute these. This is potentially proactive in saving tax and insurance payers money.
  4. You're right using a clean needle is no where near safer than using one previously used by someone with HIV.
  5. I agree if you take that statement in its self which is rather generic. There's no context around it though.
  6. Then it would say deity. A;so the letters and decision to place that motto refer specifically to Christianity. I like Ron Paul in general but he's a whack job when it comes to religion. If I remember right, he sponsored an act that would end up permitting states and local governments to not allow atheists to run for office amongst other things.
  7. Bad idea? I don't see it as a good idea, but not a bad idea either. Dirty needles, blow veins, diseases, infections...and they shoot heroin. Sounds like they are trying to cut the problems they are seeing coming in down to mostly just a heroin user. It's not like they are providing them with dealers.
  8. I've done better speeds on previous tests.
  9. Nothing goes hand in hand like religion and money.
  10. Technically most programs already teach protected sex so you're safe. I thought you and Likwid were "closer" than that though.
  11. They may have a huge number of issues with users coming in with problems related to 'poor practices' while shooting up. Not much different than a clean needle program. If they are going to shoot they are going to shoot. It makes some sense to at least guide them to do it in a safer manner.
  12. Nothing as nice as those. Flite 3 and 4.
  13. Snapping a baseplate always makes for a crappy day. My son and I both ride flow bindings.
  14. I wish MRM was closer to us. I usually end up heading down to Perfect North some days after work.
  15. +1 I use LensProToGo almost exclusively now. Paul and everyone there are great.
  16. There's a bunch in that range. 70-200, 70-300, 120-300, 100-400, 135-400, 200 - 500,... of course cheap is relative. I'd look at Canon (non-L) and Sigma in that range.
  17. I've used both side by side (Sigma and Canon) and the Canon came out ahead easily but with a heavy cost. The first, biggest difference for me was the AF speed. If that isn't as much a concern then it might be worth settling for the Sigma as they generally make good gear.
  18. How big? Don't forget to look at some of the third party lenses also. Some of them make some great gear for considerably less.
  19. Any decent 24-70L is going to be around 1k+. It's one of those lenses that holds its value well. Under the market place there should be a buy forum and sell forum.
  20. Great lens. I'm not sure I'd sell mine though.
