Either way deleting your post was pretty dick it sounds like. That's why I like it the way a couple of forums I frequent do it. In place of the contents of the post is the when it was hidden and why. On one forum the mods name is included in the info. It's all out there for everyone to see users and mods alike.

We talk about that one more than others it seems on occasion. I also find it odd that churches are specifically called out when they should be treated like private property or a business. It's cool that the church will allow it, but they are all probably gun toting fundies anyway. j/k ....maybe

I've known guys that after training under a year with no prior experience that could whip Kimbo standing or on the ground. Rampage? Rampage is the only reason I and the guys I work with are watching it this season. He's one funny mofo.

Kimbo needs more than good ground skills, he needs better striking skills. His stand up still seems to be mediocre at best.

I agree they gave him an option, but they took justice into their own hands whether or not they gave him the option. The only options are call the cops or him paying for the damages without them pressing charges.

I agree, I think he was being an ass. This is where my initial response comes from Doing that to him because he would burn a flag is a bit unpatriotic. Doing that to him because he was being a dick is funny.

Actually a patriot would fight for his right to burn the flag in protest. I don't like it at all, but it's their right and I'll fight for it. The people that taped him to the pole should see jail time... Having said that, destruction of private property is a crime as well.

Agree about Rampage crawling back, but I don't think there's too much money involved now. I think it's hit a point where it's growth is going to moderate a bit. There's no way it could continue at the rate it was going. This is the part Dana is probably having problems with. He wants to sustain a pace that's unsustainable and he wants it so much so he's turned to gimmicks. MMA is just settling into a spot that fits the sport. It will continue to grow but that growth needs to slow. On a semi-related note, we have fights on Oct 10th in Ashville. I'll post up something when I get home.

Missed your post. Rampage sucked his first time as coach too. I think he was brought in purely for entertainment value. MMA, whether people see it or not, is starting to stagnate a little. It's the reason Lesnar was brought in and why we have 3 ex-pro football players on TUF. +1 For the whiney biatch vote.

Maybe. I don't get why people think Kimbo is a good striker. He would have to have had a ton of improvement since is last EliteXC fight to even be considered OK.

Dog "Big Country" all you want, but the guy has more MMA experience and has fought better fighters than Kimbo has. I'm not saying Kimbo can't beat him, but on paper Roy is the better fighter.

First just the basic thinking that they are going to bring in a large amount of this work from out of state doesn't make any sense. The costs wouldn't support moving them in. They will do like any other place does. Bring in a low percentage of experienced to help run things and provide training for others. Most of the jobs are low skilled or non-specialized to begin with.
