if I'm not mistaken the manufacutures forbid dealerships from charging prep fees because it's part of the deal to sell their bikes. I know for a fact that's the situation for Yamaha as told by a salesman of all people

dude there's a dealer here in cincy that still has a 2011 R1 for msrp and it's missing a side cover bolt lol. dealers all over craigslist from northern ohio and louisville KY selling 0 mile 2013 R6 for 2-2600 below msrp.

I wanted to clarify my old post. all lithium batteries need to be balanced charged. so you should get their chargers too. you're taking a risk if you do not balance charge them every now and then. if one cell's voltage drops off from the others it will not get a full charge and run down sooner than the others. if this happens and it drops below I think the threshold is 3.3 volts from is full 3.7-4.0 it will be ruined and the whole battery is now junk. so if your bike has a shitty charging system (it doesn't really charge that well at an idle till after 5k rpm) you run the risk of ruining a lithium battery. also YOU CANNOT use a regular charger or tender to charge lithium batteries.

all the other batteries EXEPT SHORAI are nothing but power tool batteries NOT DESIGNED to be used for starting an engine. those other batteries have more than one cell which is where the problem is. it has to be balanced charged or one cell could get damaged and the pack is ruined. shorai is the only one you should consider purchasing. they're specifically made for motorcycles and starting engines. the rest of them can't even be properly charged using the bike's charging system. they need a radio controlled hobby charger to balance charge their cells.

the problem with these boots it the red little rubber pieces that stick out of the heal. the bike's healguards rip them up on the first ride. not happy. with a $400 purchase this kind of thing shouldn't happen. and if you wear a 10.5. your sol. they will not fit you worth a shit. the 10 is too small and the 11 way too big

u think that's bad my brother bought a shock from a guy and it leaks so bad the box was wet with oil. so he contacts the guy with pictures and all and the guy tells him he must of done it while installing it. so my brother opens a dispute with paypal over it. the guy tells them he said he told my brother it needs a proper weight spring and he didn't use it and rode on it with a too light of a spring and it blew out the shock.
