I hope you are right, but that is something I will have to see to believe, as it has always been that way. Last closest bikes I can remember for satellite teams was Melandri in the 2006season. Rossi and Gibernau close sometimes, Rossi and Barros first year of 4 strokes. But the Pramac D'antin Ducati team has never been on par with the Coarse team IMO. For the series, Toesland, and Edwards sake I hope they get machines that are competitive (though still kind doubt they will be at the level of Stoner and Rossi will be) year.

I enjoy long distance rides on the slab, just my MP3 player and me. But I generally don't do much riding once i get to my destination. Did 700+ one way to GA last year then next weekend after that 300+ one way to nashville for the weekend.

Yeah each rider is sure enough World calibur (maybe except Kur Rob) but that is just the term to define where the team was running at in the series. Considering I think Stoner was lapping Guintolli in some races. Yeah Edwards and Toesland are not Backmarkers, but the bike may make them near the back (unfortunately, I was hoping to see Toesland get a real shot) this year. I always loved watching the Foot camera on the yamahas showing the Dry clutch spinning, always blew me away.

That is sweet, and not far from the truth. Funny story: Guy at my dad's work had a Valkyrie. Some friends of his were planning a trip to a Rally in NC and ask him if he wants to come. He is expecting to ride down and they tell that they have a big trailer and are taking all 8 bikes down and have room for his. So they get to the hotel and he says lets unload the bikes (50 miles from the Rally spot), they say they are going to trailer the bikes to the Rally. He says fine (makes mind up to ride back) and after they get his bike out he never puts it back in the trailer. So they trailered down, drove to within 10 miles of rally got bikes out and rode the rest of the way. After rally loaded bikes back up and trailered back to hotel. Funniest part is that each one of them had their bikes packed like they had rode the whole way. Dufflebags, Saddle bags full, etc....

Yeah Display purposes could be the reason for it. I do wonder if the Swing arm is Titanium though. that wouldn't surprise me.

Yeah Toesland will be on Yamah, but it is the back marker Tech 3 team that Guintolli rode for last year and Checa the year before that. Edwards is Toesland's teammate too. I am not sure what tire the Tech 3 team is running as last year they were the sole Dunlop team.

I don't know if the Swing arm is CF or just a CF cover. hard to tell as i don't know if they could get the correct flex amounts out of the CF swing arm. Cause if you look at the tip where the Axle goes through it doesn't look CF. Also the part that runs to the swing arm pivot (just behind the footpet looking at it) doesn't look to be actual CF.

You figure the lowest setting is where they would be normally. I don't think they have a lower then stock setting. I wish Lockhart still had their 360 degree foot pegs. Thos were the Shizzle.

Well all of cincy is close, but I rarely ever go south of 275 unless it is to Norwood to the bank or passing through to KY.
