My girl asks the same question, but in a completely different tone. Ya know, that "Do we have to?" voice and then she makes requests for jewelry and 'more help around the house' --- pshhh, as if.

You guys are killin' this AM. and @armith - no, we don't. She'll run errands around town or ride out to eat, but basically bitches and complains about wearing a helmet, jacket, and long pants - and of course the prepetual ass-soreness from a sportbike pass. seat. Makes me haz a sad that she doesn't like to ride. We did one 200miler through Mohican last year at a semi-spirited pace for two-up on the 'busa, and she was done after that.

This is the only ride I've asked her on the entire year (being that it wasn't going to be a 'spirited' ride) - ya know, get some 'quality time' in doing something together that I enjoy, since I have to do miscellaneous crap like hiking and outdoor stuff that she likes to do... but, I dunno if I'm up to going alone on this kind of 'scenic' ride. We'll see.

My girl is a sissy (and really isn't thrilled to ride bitch more than 20 miles anyway), so if there is any chance of rain - I can all but guarantee we're out.

Nothing much... it was kinda just dying it's own slow death. For me though, it wasn't even about the content anymore so much as the selective censorship. No one broke any RULES of the site, so why does that thread get closed and moved? I ranted about it on Wheezle's visitor message box.

Yea, it was drama - but it was all good-natured (as 99% of the ribbing on here is). It's not like that information wouldn't be discovered later anyway.
I'm just a little miffed/disappointed that it was such a big deal that it had to be censored, closed, and moved. Have the rules to the site changed? It doesn't say anything about closing threads just because you don't like drama. The rules, as I understand them, no sexism, no racism, no advertising, no threats. No one in that thread broke any of those rules. So, policing the thread like that was unwarranted.
Its not even about the content anymore - it's about the judgment call to shut it down.

Can you get into that thread anymore?
I get a message that I'm blocked out. Someone left me rep for a post and when I went to check it, I get an error. I think a mod is f*(king with my permissions... or, it appears a mod may've moved it into an "admin only" section.
I'm half tempted to start another thread asking where that thread went.
