I've got a bunch of people interested in going but need to know times. Has anyone called to see if we can get a group rate? Also if we're going to do beer and wings afterwards, we might want to start early since it's a Sunday and most of us have to work on Monday. That said, I have no idea what their Sunday hours are but stoked to race on the big track!

I don't understand, if they are a KTM dealer how can they be primarily off road? Wouldn't they carry the whole line?

If you're going to build it, build what you want and plan to stay there the rest of your life. I think that's the idea when you do one of these things. There are advantages but there are many disadvantages also. I should also say that for his money, he got a lot of house. 2500 ft.² of living area and I think a 30 x 60 shop with a loft for storage and a workshop underneath. That's what my friend I bought my current house did right next-door. it turned out beautiful but beware, you don't think so but it ends up costing as much as a regular house and you have no basement. Also, if you're going to do it in Ohio you better heat that concrete floor or it's never going to be warm. he has about $180,000 in his not including the land. And he did most of the work himself besides the shell, electrical, Hvac and the concrete. We ran the 10 miles of heated floor pipe. He started in 15 and it's just now getting to a point where you could say it's done. And in the end it's not worth as much as a conventional house. Just a heads up that a lot more goes into a pole barn house than people think.

OK, let me try to answer all the questions that I didn't know well enough to answer in the first place. It does have an aftermarket exhaust. White brothers E-series. It has the bigger header off of the 250 R. The main jet was reduced from something Ridiculous like a 190 to a 145 which, according to XRsonly (who have been modding these bikes for 30 years ) is what it should have with my particular set of mods which are very common but I sent it to them without the needle included. The needle clip was in the middle so I dropped it one. Didn't change the stumbling issue. It runs great at wide open throttle and at low RPMs just stumbles at cruising speed. And thanks guys. I appreciate all the information and will be processing it when I have a chance to get my hands back on the bike

It seems to be at about 1/2, but I can't tell ya for sure because it's dark every time I test. It happens at cruising speed, which on a 250 I'm guessing to be around 1/2 throttle. I will mark it and test this weekend. Very well could be the needle taper as it was the the one I started with. Thanks.

According to the above guide, mid range fueling is controlled by changing the circlip on the needle.

I guess I had the description incorrect. It has been a few weeks since I talked to xrsonly about the issue, but he did tell me to raise the needle by dropping the clip one spot. It does seem to run better but still stumbles. I'll see if in can find the mixture screw and where it should be set. Thanks guys
