  2. McConnelsville to the west, 78 and 77 to the east.
  3. Clean looking classic 84 Interceptor 1000 https://columbus.craigslist.org/for/d/honda-interceptor-84-vf1000f/6217905533.html $2k on fb marketplace
  4. Smells like burning butt hair in here.
  5. Your bag options are very limited on the FZ1 due to the stupid grab handles on the sides.
  6. Damn dude! Sorry to hear. Them horses are dangerous. Better trade it for a motorcycle. Hope shes ok.
  7. 2006 is the same year as mine. It was the first model of this generation and had an issue with throttle snatch. Ivan's made a fuel cut off module that plugged in to the wire harness and keeps the fuel from completely shutting off when you turn off the throttle. It is most necessary on that year. It's the only thing I've done to mine. Great bike right out of the box but kind of heavy. You will want to upgrade the seat and handlebars eventually.
  8. Thanks Dan, but it's already been punched 4mm. It's as built as it can get. Got the mikuni carb back from getting rebuild and adapter installed by XRSONLY in cali. Will post pics and such as soon as I can find time to work on it. Maybe tomorrow since it's supposed to rain all day. Still gotta loctite the cam gear bolts and torque the valve cover, install the carb, decompression cable and exhaust, change the oil and put the tank back on. Then pray it starts.
  9. Don't forget the cost of tire mounting.
  10. Getting you a big boy quad?
  11. Looks a lot like the outside
  12. I've got one. 2006 FZ1 Does the dankest of whoolies at the flick of the wrist and has the perfect tank to smash in with a hammer. 3 easy payments of $5000 and it's yours. Picked up upon receipt of final payment
  13. Yep. Don't remember if that was them or not but Steve does know these guys I believe. Good group of guys that like to ride hard.
  14. true. Sorry I left you off the list Bubby. You are of course always part of the shack crew.
  15. They do look retarded unless you get them perfect, which you're not going to do. You have a classic machine. Don't gank it up
  16. Nivin, if you don't mind crashing in a flophouse I'm sure we can find room for you at the shack. It is only about 20 minutes from the meet up point. Speaking of, all the air mattresses down there are trashed. We need to bring a few down.
  17. The fishing shack Bubby's are in! Now we need to find out which place is doing the cheap steak dinner in Beverly that weekend. @marlboro man @Gump @Casper @cmh_sprint @Dre @bowdog?
  18. I'll be doing a group ride with the tree monkeys out of P1 9:30 Saturday morning
  19. The bubby's are planning on meeting at the fishin shack to ride that Saturday. We can launch a ride from there (big cul-de-sac in Waterville across from Beverly) with @marlboro man permission.
  20. That bike is too pretty to sell. You should keep it. Or let me hold it for you. That bike is too pretty to sell. You should keep it. Or let me hold it for you.
  21. Probably in depending on the on calls schedule
  22. Sent to XRsonly. The aftermarket carb needed an extension adapter to work correctly and it has to be welded on. They rebuilt it while they had it. Good as new. I hope.
  23. It's like an annoying dog that shows up out of nowhere and licks your face when you didn't even know it was there thus scaring the living piss out of you.
  24. Probably not but I've never tasted a deer that was raised on dog food and table scraps. That thing loves cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets.
  25. Tore the little bastard down and sent the carburetor off to California to get reworked and an adapter put on it. Slapped the new rings on the piston, replace the gaskets and bolted the engine back together yesterday. Then I realized I didn't check the direction of the rings ( turns out there's a top and bottom) so will be tearing it back down hopefully tonight. So far the biggest pain in the ass was cleaning the gasket mating surfaces. Oh, and finding out after you put it back together that there's a top and bottom on the rings. It's a learning process.
