^^ i believe this is correct, your locally owned fuel station with food and snacks and lottery, they don't turn much profit on fuel, but it gets people stopping.

I have a couple friends who are police officers, and they are pretty cool guys... sure we seem to interact with the bad ones more often than the good ones, but i don't think that's indicative of the overall police population.

i remember that, that was some bullshit, too... I'd have rocked the throttle and gotten the hell out of there, some dude tries to box me in and pulls a gun, I'm gone, I'll take my chances.

greed IS capitolism, you invest your capitol and squeeze as much profit as you can out of it... period can't blame companies for being greedy when that is what drives our economy, plain and simple... if you want an economy NOT based on corporate greed, that's communism, and that is corrupted by elected greed (something we have enough of already)

that's elasticity of the supply/demand curve... they keep the prices higher, they make more profit, even if demand drops off...
