Down to 207 this morning. Haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks, and I have been eating like crap. Makes no sense. Gonna start back on routine though.

You're probably losing muscle but your metabolism is still high enough that you haven't started gaining fat yet to replace it. Don't fall into the same trap I did last year :p

A pound of muscle weights exactly the same as a pound of fat.

Muscle is more dense than fat is what he means.

Jim is intelligent enough to know what I was getting at.

Down a couple more pounds this morning. Official pre vacation weigh in is tomorrow morning. FYI I'm real close to my BIG goal. Not even sure I want to eat what I want on vacation now like I normally would.

Been slacking for the last month or so. Gained 4 pounds over the west trip. Hit the gym for the first time in awhile tonight. It felt good to get muscles working hard again, and a good burn in the lungs. Probably gonna regret it tomorrow. I told myself after the big trip, I am getting serious about eating clean again. Goal is to be under 200 comfortably.

Ok, so yesterday I felt like I needed to move a lot... So this is what I did:

7am boot camp until 8

11 mile bike ride at 930am

Hour walk at noon (2.7 miles)

Mowed grass (1.4 miles)

Total cal burn 1065 by 230pm.

Good end to the week.

With school starting I am worried about gaining.
