Scene
Hey guys, I'm new to the motorcycle world and got my first bike! A 2001 Honda CBR600F4i! I absolutely love it so far and this past weekend I nearly cruised around for 200+ miles lol. I hope to meet some new riding friends and learn a few things on here! I only have my temporary license right now and I plan on taking the skills test in a few months! Anyway, here are some pictures of the bike! DerekClouser
Welcome to the forum. As many will tell you on here, we recommend you take the MSF course. It'll teach you the fundamentals to riding and you'll even get your endorsement at the end. Also some insurance companies will give you a break on premiums for completing the course. There are plenty of good riders on here that can help as well. The bike looks nice. Hope to maybe see ya around.

redkow97
Welcome. Watch yourself on the highway with the plate like that. I ignored my temporary restrictions pretty frequently, but my plate wasn't sideways and un-lit. Ride safe.
Josh1234
welcome, gorgeous bike. I've looked at a lot of f4is. Get some frame sliders on that puppy
Scene
Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I've been riding through the metroparks a lot and route 252 & 303. I'm from Strongsville, where are some fun roads to ride on? I hope the plate isn't a problem. I bought that mount to prevent drilling holes in the tail. As far as plate lights, don't they have LED bolts? Anyway I do plan on taking an MSF course. Hopefully they have it on the weekends since I work during the week and go to class in the evenings. The sooner you go, the less chance there is you'll drop your bike

Bad324
Not sure if you work during the week days but after my honeymoon I may have a few days available to show you the decent roads in the immediate area Edited June 17, 2014 by Bad324
Tonik
I'll have to check the out this weekend! Thanks for the information!! Even if a class is sold out....show up like 45 minutes early the first night. There will be a lottery to get in the spots left over from the no shows. Took me two tries...then I got in. Polaris does them...just off Bagley Rd....behind Southwest Hospital. It is well worth the minimal money they charge....the State picks up most of it. I've been just wearing jeans, Timberland boots, Snap-On Supergrip gloves & a light jacket. I know, I'm a "squid". But I definitely have a helmet though lol. Weekends are really my only full days to ride around aimlessly. Although in August, I'll have a few weeks off of school! So my evenings will be free!
