Shoop
http://www.wlwt.com/news/woman-dies-of-injuries-suffered-in-multimotorcycle-crash/28311294 My thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim and those injured. Be very careful if you join a large ride. This accident was cited in a safety message I received today at work. Google Maps view of the accident location. You can see the shed on the right (south) side in the news coverage, from the north-west bound view. https://www.google.com/maps/@39.3664067,-84.7817415,3a,75y,138.49h,100.27t/data=!3m4!1e1!3m2!1sFRth30VwQSYkubLNecqyeQ!2e0 Chris

Gixxus Christ!
Tragic and avoidable. I suspect a perfect storm of alcohol, too large a group/too close together, lack of gear and riding ability.
JackFlash
Beware the "Weekenders." The bike sits under a coverin the garage and is only let out on sunny weekends,to ride among a gathering of minimally active riders whothink a long ride is across town to a restaurant. Theirskills remain mostly undeveloped with safety awarenessresiding on the back burner of their motorcycling world. .
JohnG
Wow... Second big ride fatality here in Ohio this year isn't it? Gotta think alcohol was involved. RIP rider...
JackFlash
Hey, now. I'm a "weekender", and only once every couple of months. I don't think so. As I understand, you don't cover your bike. .

ReconRat
Squads said there were other wounded/injured that left the scene. Said that was unusual. Said suspected intoxicated. Riders said one bike went down over a little hill and jam-up. A batch ran into the crash.
mango_sv
The ride I went on last Sunday for a children's charity had over 2000 bikes and was watching guys finish cases of beer and bottles of Fireball. Idiots. Lucky they didn't wanna be seen near a sportbike. Lol
redkow97
I think 90% of drivers and riders alike follow the vehicle ahead of them much too closely. I try to remind myself of this and leave more room in my car, let alone when I'm on the bike. It's not worth rear-ending the guy ahead of you, or getting rear-ended when you stop faster than the person behind you realizes. Leaving more room can only help. condolences to the families of all those affected by these incidents.
