Being an obvious positive it comes with negatives too. It's no secret. There is A LOT of people there. Rent is very high, but I'll tell you the secret You HAVE to have a roommate. That's it. Expect to pay more for a studio with no parking there than a 4 bedroom house with acreage here. People do it everyday man you can too. NOT TO MENTION AMAZING ROADS FOR RIDING EVERYWHERE!
