Calinazaret
Hi folks, I was wondering if anyone knew about shipping a motorcycle internationally? I'm going to be staying here in China another year and I want my baby with me. Bikes here can be expensive, especially if you want anything more than 150ccs. Might just be better to have mine shipped. It's a Honda CBR 600 and I'll need her shipped from Columbus, OH to Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. Any ideas? bloodninja420
Adventure Rider has some good threads dedicated to this topic. Though most are dedicated to Europe. My first question would be whether you can register 600cc bike in China period.
MidgetTodd
Yea. The legal end of bringing it there and riding it my prove very difficult. The shipping back to the states from China may also be a hurdle. Personally I would not consider it.
smccrory
And if the traffic in China is at all what YouTube suggests, I'd either stay off a bike or get a low-HP beater while I was there. And a shit-ton of gear.
