Its from a japanese childrens show called Pythagoras Switch (Pitagora Suuichi). Its called the Algorithm March, and it is damned entertaining to watch. There are videos on youtube of all sorts of people doing it, even 900 something prisoners all at once, and a Japanese soccer team. There area also two versions of the movements themselves. They are both entertaining to watch.

Japanese prisons must be pretty hardcore. Wouldn't want to get caught up in a gang in there.....that seemed like a rough place to be. I'd probably hang myself in there if I had to do that dance period, let alone with that much organization
