RUTAN TA1647545492
I was offered a new job at NTB that would require me to work Sundays and a 15k increase a year + bonus. Would that be enough to give up a 8:30 - 5:00 m-f ?

Alex1647545498
I would... and do work every other sunday. Money talks.
stevethepirate
i wouldnt do it on a regular basis, but thats just because im not at that stage of life yet. once i get out of school, i would probably be willing to do it. over the summer i was working some sundays, and it wasnt too bad. RUTAN TA1647545492
I would work 3 Sundays a month and have a F-S-S (3 day weekend) once a month.

Sully
That doesn't seem too bad, really. Plus, it would give those of us that do work M-F 8-5 the opportunity to have you work on our cars. :-)
Skinner
for a 15k a year bump I would do it.

Linn1647545492
I would but then again I already work on sundays.
AngryBMW
I would work 3 Sundays a month and have a F-S-S (3 day weekend) once a month. Absolutley! That 15k+ a year increase would have me giving up the majority of my Sundays. It's not that you will be working 6 days a week right? You would get Saturday and then another day off during the week correct? This sounds like a pretty easy decision John. -Marc
RUTAN TA1647545492
I would get Wednesday or Friday off on the week I work Sundays.
KillJoy
I would.... as long as Fri and Sat were the days off AND It did not require switching to Salary KillJoy

Boost-n-Juice
I personally wouldn't. Money isn't everything. You gotta look at the big picture though.

Flyin Miata
For that substantial of an increase in pay, I'd go for it. That way you can get all your errands done on Friday afternoon while everyone else is stuck at work.
99ta
I wouldn't.......but sundays are important to me........money does talk though
Bigbird
I want a 15k increase
Bam
What about saturdays, are you ALWAYS OFF? Or does this increase mean you'd have to work sat and sunday? basically weekends? If its just replacing a weekday off with a sunday, for $15k I'd do it.
Reed44
I work at NTB part-time for school. I dont work sundays becuase If I need to go home then I have a day to do it. I would not give up a 8-5 m-f job. Unless the work environment is horrible. Are you planning to be a sales guy or tech. There is money to be made at NTB but you have to sell your ass off if your a sales guy. I see techs making $250-$300 in commison in one day sometimes. If your slow then your pay check is not so nice. Did they offer you a fall back on your weekly pay?
Oo0martelle0oO
I dont know depends on what I was making now. 15k+15k=30k - probably not 50k+15k=65 - Hell yes
