Guys, for the updates and new comers, if you could copy the list from the last post and make the changes yourself, that would help me greatly. That way I can just copy the list on Sunday nights and post it back on the first page. Updating 30+ people will get hard, and confusing as the weeks go on.

Alright, I fucked up already.

 

New Years Eve, the wife wanted a pizza at the bar we were at, and I said OK.....Ate most of it. Only drank 3 beers though. Then on New Years Day, I ate bad too. Yesterday was my cousins wedding, ate bad agian.

 

I am going to go buy a scale right now, and start over today. Ate a decent lunch and am playing basketball today, so thats where I will start.

 

 

 

Also, I can NOT EDIT my first post/thread starter. I wanted to update the list on the first page, but it wouldn't let me. Any reasons? Help? Thanks.

Should have went a couple days ago. I got no money down and $21 a month. That is the one I go to everyday. I am usually the only black guy there!

 

nice, thats a great deal for a good gym with a lot of eqipment. im going to try to make it as much this week as possible, im there usually in the mornings. im usually the only guy in orange bengals shorts. WHO DEY!

Try not to look at it as "starting over" you need to let yourself make mistakes and have a 'cheat meal' at least once a week. even when I was hardcore cardio/weight training and had a perfect diet I still have Jersey Mikes once a week. Just b/c you had some pizza doesnt mean you "failed", you just have to make it up. Stay on the treadmill for an extra 30minutes.

Alirght so I started last Moday (12-29) and I'm down 8 pound! As of this morning I weighed in at 202.6. My secreat? We'll I had the flu Monday and Tuesday so I didn't really eat much and whatever I did eat...well...it came out quick. BUT, I was back to felling 100% on Thursday. I haven't done much on the diet end yet but I played roller hockey Friday night and sucked at basketball Saturday night. so I'm trying to burn off the extra pounds first.

Yep, I weighed in the morning and weighed in this morning. I hit the gym a couple times and have been STRICTLY watching my diet, minus some beer last night lol :) I started at 158 tho, so its a lot to lose in one week, but Ive done it before. Itll slow down now, and prolly 2-3lbs a week will come off.

Consisted of a lot of alcohol, a little puking from said alcohol, and watching how much I eat.

 

Been making small ham or turkey, lettuce, and cheese wraps when hungry. Actually fills me up for how small they are. And been drinking a lot of water as well.

Nice. I start a strict diet/exercise program tomorrow along with classes at OSU.

 

I am looking for 10lbs for the first week. :bangbang:
