Amazingly I actually lost weight this week for walking to and from classes at OSU being my only exersize I got. Tried to eat a small breakfast every day, a small lunch, and then a normal dinner. Didn't drink much pop either.

Lost 9.6 pounds! Mostly water weight I am sure. Doing WW diet and lifting MWF. Also doing a morning and evening 40 min cardio on my precor.

I'm down another 2 pounds this week which I'm very pleased with. I started by loosing 8 lbs thanks to the flu, but I was not only able to keep off those 8lbs I managed to loose another 2lbs.

 

What I did-Boxing 3 nights a week. Monday, Thursday and Saturday and Roller Hockey on Fridays.

 

Goal For This Week - Continue with the Boxing and Hockey but focus more on what I eat. I'm going to try and stick to a 2,500 calorie intake. I don't want to go too low becasue of the Boxing and Hockey.

For those of you counting calories, this site is GREAT!!!

It gives you the nutrion facts on all foods Resturants to Grocery. I looked up some of the foods that I eat and was suprised at a few things. You can eat the Ultimate feast with all the sides at Red Lobster and still take in less calories the a Burrito at Chipotle with no cheese or Sour Cream! also the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger has less calories then the crispy chicken sandwich. I just started lookiing up everything. Are you a starbucks fan? Order a regular 16oz Iced Mocha and you're taking in 350 calories, but change that to a Skinny Mocha and make it 24oz an you'll only take in 110. I know there is more too it then just calories...But still, it's a good starting point and I'm sure if you look at some of your favorite food, you'll be suprised.

I only lost a pound, but i weighed in at night. I have been eating pretty good and working out real hard. I am almost putting up the weight i did 7 years ago, the only time i was in decent shape.

Damn i miss roller drop-in's, if you out-work the other guys it SHOULD be a hell of a workout. I remember just being drained after a good drop-in and going home and going right to bed on a friday night. Although this last weekend I hit up friday ice drop-in and had games saturday and sunday so those were my workouts :)

 

I have yet to weigh myself currently, i usually try and stick with it for a while before weighing results. I could care less if i lose number as long as i look better. Ive only been hitting it hard for a few days so i'll update in a week or so.

 

BTW, where do you box? I use to go to a gym in powell off sawmill pkwy but i cant remember the name of it. Havent been there in months though.

I never even know they had a Fresco menu. After looking it up I think im gonna have to stop in and try the Fresco Ranchero Chicken soft taco. sounds delish and only 170 calories and 12grams of protein.

they are good- relatively cheap- and the "fittest" fast food you can eat. Just dont fuck it up and get a water instead of a code red!

i was drinking lots of gatorade and regular coke and mt. dew. now, i cut out almost all of the gatorade, and only do diet dr. pepper, diet root beer. and i've completely cut out fast food. we go out to a nice dinner saturday where i eat whatever i want, and then out for breakfast on sunday.

As an update I havn't lost an F'ing pound yet. Thankfully it's not for lack of effort.

 

I got into the gym and realized just how much mass I've lost over the last couple of months. started to enjoy lifting again and have been focused on putting on the lean mass before trying to cut.

 

My measurements have changed...but not the weight. Still 195 on the scales....

Yeah, the do have very restrictive hours, but lucky for me, they work great with my schedule. The bags are great, but what about "The Wall Of Pain"?
