2 turbos and only 350hp? Same old gay american engineering. Go out of business already, clearly they don't learn.

It's not meant to be blazing fast, its using smallish displacment with turbos and direct injection to get v8 like performance with decent gas milage. It is NOT a performance motor and will not be easy to modify.

Do bear in mind the advantages of 2 small turbos. They will likely reach full boost/spool at or before 2K and provide a full flat torque curve to redline. This is what MOST of "America" wants to buy. In general people despise any type of turbo lag or waiting for that big PUNCH at 3krpms. At heart, everyone wants a big displacement V8, and well this is as close (if not better in some respects) as it gets and provides an obvious MPG advantage.

I'd rather have a billy boat than most fords in general, but anything TT interests me. I say it is a step in the right direction.

So ugly. When is an American car going to have eye catching lines and some form of sleekness? The engine looks promising. Maybe they can put the powerplant in something more worthy.

Ford, look at cars like the hyundai genesis and start copying.

Turbocharged 350hp FWD.....

Better pray it doesn't have any torque steer.

"The high-performance variant will almost certainly feature standard all-wheel-drive from the Lincoln MKS, from which the Taurus receives its basic structure."
