Skinner
They don't work. I've got a couple door dings on mine because they are too low. Agreed they will only help when you open your door, no to much teh other way around.
TTQ B4U
Car looks great man, but... i don't know what you removed... Do you have another picture you could compare it too? There's normally a line or body molding down the center of the door. here's a pic of my winter set up when I had molding on there. I also didn't have the eyelids. http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/105666227/original.jpg vs. today http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/110405732/large.jpg

I like them better too. 17" O.Z. Superleggera vs. the heavier 18" stock wheels. Should use them for autocross but who knows......Found them on Craigs List mounted with Blizzaks for only $400 Lady who had them paid $2,100 for everything 15,000 miles earlier when she had an RX8 Thankfully she just wanted them out of her garage. Traded the RX8 for a Saturn

SpaceGhost
I'm doing the opposite, taking her somewhere I can get her as dirty as possible, trying to cover up every bit of white paint.

I love the looks of superleggeras, and i think the 17's look better than 18's personally. EDIT: On the 17's it could use droped a inch maybe, but thats about it. +1 for a clean, sexy car
