Very nice place man! If I were young and single, I'd move on that in a heartbeat. Hell that payment's less than what most are paying in rent and the place looks really good. Definitely a good job getting it organized and prepped for sale. Good luck.

thanks but to be honest, those pics are from last year. The place will be empty in May. We will be repainting to fresh the place up even more.

At first glance even with Taxes, fees and P&I, it's likely in the mid $900's. Anything you put down would lower that.

If anyone has an even remotely good job, tax savings alone will drop that by another couple hundred + per month, making about what a rental would be for as nice of a unit.

To each their own....I bought a condo like this early on while I was still in College and made out very well. In my case it was $48k (I'm old) and I ended up selling it for $75k. Not to mention I saved on taxes every year. Credit rating jumped up after several years of owning and paying on it too. I regret ever selling it quite honestly.

Sorry to go OT here....I'm out.

Now is the perfect time to buy something like this and dump it if need be for double after the housing market rebounds.

Not anything against the seller, but I wanted to point out this grossly incorrect statement. Without any knowledge, you can't assume because of the housing market today that this is underpriced, let alone 50%, or that it will increase in value significanlty anytime soon. My house actually appreciated $54,000 in the past 15 months, even with the housing market turmoil. But, condo's are notoriously slower to appreciate when compared to a single family home, unfortunately.

But yes, this does appear to be a good deal and I wish the seller the best.

It looks like a nice place for a good price, but no one was paying 150k for condos in Blacklick, even during the boom. Blacklick is great if you want newer homes for less than most other places in and around Franklin county.

75k seems pretty reasonable, though...I would have expected 85-90k as an asking price. With the first time home buyers tax credit, and FHA loans being handed out a lot now, I'd expect this to go pretty quick.

Your ad states "Tastefully decorated" are you leaving any decorations?

I think we are leaving the black iron candle holder just right of the couch. Not sure yet though.
