Nitrousbird
New ZR1 - Looks good - Comfortable and nice on the inside, with lots of toys. Can take it to the track, and drive it from there to the valet to have a nice dinner downtown. - Fairly reliable, reasonable to repair, reasonable to insure. Sure, it's expensive, but name a faster NEW car that you could drive daily for the price. - Pretty easy to mod, with great aftermarket support - Fast and handle well, straight from the factory Are there cars I want more? Sure...but it's hard to have the balance of all of those things that are real-world important. Sure, an LSx Aerial Atom (bad-ass) could probably whip the ZR1 in a number of categories, but lacks any sort of comforts (nor is it cold or wet weather friendly). Stimmel1647545512
I would go with a 1970 Buick GS 455 Stage 2 Convertible 4 speed triple black, of course I would need a time machine to order it because I dont think any Stage 2 cars were convertible... something similar to this one but with my options http://www.westsidecruisers.com/Pictures/2006/20060507_Vaarmoenstring_Ekeberg/1970%20Buick%20GS%20455%20convertible_1.jpg Oh and one of these with a ford 9 inch and a t56 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v295/mrbuick/50_3.jpg GNX FTW
verse
Don't build it all at once. Get the corolla, then build it a bit at a time. I'm sure there's quite a few projects here on CR that have taken a long time to come together. Do it man. One step at a time. I am and do already own the car. It's just going to take a lifetime to finish it.
