The OEM rubber is very, very soft but grip really well, so I tend to only get about 12k out of the fronts. Had the same tires on my GXP. The fronts will last me through Nov. when I move to the snow shoes. I'll likely keep the OEM rubber and just buy two more fronts in the spring and then two rears the following spring. Had my dirty-ass car all ready to go, but I was nowhere near it. I finally drove by at about 10:15 and it looked like it was winding down. Some other time.
