I personally think its a childish attempt at bashing Phil, but in an interesting turn has made the creator look like a homosexual.

 

Urban Dictionary describes the term Kitchen "The room where grandma hides her shotgun shells. Don't you upset grandma. She'll take you into the kitchen ... if you know what I mean."

 

Also another Definition is "The hair line on the back of ones neck. Where excess hair grows on ones neck that is not needed."

 

Now, with all this riveting information, one can only assume that a gay would notice the placed where their grandmother keeps her "shotgun shells" and when another man has nappy hair on the back of the dome.
