On shitty track prep with garbage tires 15.8s with me driving. I have an Escort Passport in car unit which is claiming (on a nice/clean abandoned road in Mexico) 15.5's all day. I say better tires + driver mod and it's very much possible. Car&Driver said my car is capable of 15.4-15.7 bone stock but their numbers are corrected for the DA.
