Who knows what corners may have been cut to do the swap. SBC are a dime a dozen, hell you can get all the parts for a complete build from wal-mart! If the guy won't meet you in ATL, then tell him good luck with the sale. He seems to be rather hesitant on responding to you and getting you the info that you want, so find another car and move on.
