Long story short it's my moms recent ex that she just kicked out a short while ago. I was asked not to do anything and let the law handle it. She thinks it'll just make him step it up a notch. Do any of you know what has to happen before one can get a restraining order filed? The cops here are not known for getting things done. While we can't prove he done the drain plug and sand I was just told he has been seen the last two mornings at like 4am driving past the house a few times. She's never been in this type of situation and doesn't know what all can be done at this point
