Sounds Good! My wife does make a mustard glaze that's semi sweet that she puts on the corned beef just before it's served.

Just so you know, I'm not at the Easton Office. I work out of the lab off Alum Creek. I wish I was at Easton :o

ah damn...could have sworn you were at easton...were you there at one point and im thinking of then?

either way, i'll figure some way to get some to you...im actually gonna have to have my mom make another batch...as long as i buy the stuff and bring her jars to can it, i can usually get a nice batch to myself. lol

and duff, sounds good to me.

nathan and i were both sick during thanksgiving week, and it was my familys year for us to visit. Well with me being sick and having 2 recovering elderly cancer patients and two new borns, i just didnt feel comfortable bring my germs for a visit.

I made us a VERY last minute dinner for ourselvs.. turned out quite nice.

Tonight

Sweet Tea Fried Chicken With Mashed potatos and corn..

What is sweet tea fried chicken?

well i marinated it Sweet tea for 3 days then fried...its the most unique chicken ive ever had.. and pretty darn good.. if i would have made a better breading it would have been the best ever..

so, this got me pretty hungry...i took a couple chicken breasts, cut them in half, poked a few holes in them, and put them in a quart container with about 1 gallon worth of sweet tea mix we had, some water, a lemon quartered and juiced (left the lemon in there too), about 1/8c salt, and 1/8c sugar as if it wasn't sweet enough

im thinking i might use the breading recipe for Art Smith fried chicken i found a while back, or one i just found...they seem pretty similar. probably going to do it tuesday night since i work til 8 and that'll get me home in time to make dinner when we usually eat

gonna break out the peanut oil from the garage too to fry it up in. can't wait.

Cars and Coffee coming up? Afterwards? Sun would be up but not too high in the sky. Could work. Just need to coordinate with a driver so I can shoot.

You better think real hard about this one, might want to look at the high for that day and think that this will be in the AM. :) I think Kevin did the last one in the fall, and I think the Temp was in the 50s. he was pretty cold. :)

I'll check the temps. Heading to Scottsdale for a week come Monday so I've not really been paying attention to what weather in Columbus is going to be. Hell, let it snow! :p

I'll bring my gear anyway. Can't wait to see the car.
