mjrsplat
2) You must be a regular member (50 posts or more) to be able to rate others. thats all i can find, but i'm sure there's other stipulations. i am unable to rep as well, just assumed there was a time stipulation mentioned somewhere too. blue98ls1
Senior members get to post in The Oven and rep people. To become a senior member you need "1000 posts, three years on CR, or active participation (per Administrator approval) in CR meets will get you in."

blue98ls1
Just out of curiosity, what constitutes "active participation in CR meets"? Showing up to official CR meets (more than a couple times per year), active/contributing member of the forum. Paul is a good example. He comes out to pretty much every official CR meet/track day/car show.... And I believe you do too, so you would fall into that category.
