Here are some pics of a fishing trip in 2009 in PA. I have been fishing this area since I was a kid. The big river is the Clarion which is great for bass, trout, etc. The smaller streams are great for Brooks, Browns, and Rainbows. My wife likes photography and took all this pics as she followed me one day.

Those brookies were out of a stream that on avg was about as 5ft wide. Not a big stream at all. Just some small forgotten tucked away little gem.

I miss fresh walleye and perch. Growing up every 4th of july we would camp at East Harbor State Park. Spend all morning fishing. Come back clean the fish then hit the beach until dinner time.

Thanks for the pic. Brought back some good memories.

You do know there is a limit right? 6 per person per day.

It was a charter boat with my dad, cousin, his wife and 2 friends... Kept us busy all day, had a good 13-15 lb steelhead on and it got off right at the boat, bunch of sheephead and white perch

Some of those do not look like the legal size. 15in is the legal size to keep out of lake erie.

It must be the angle of the shot, there were 4 in there over 30" the smallest fish was about 21" and 3.5 lbs

Ya, it must be. lake erie produces some nice walley if you can get into them. Going to the canadian side is usually the best bet now. Sad but true, i remember going up there several times a year and slaying perch/walleye all day long no matter where you fished.

Caught a 36" walleye 6 years ago on the canadian side, next fish snapped the line. I got anxious to see how big it was.

Who did you charter with and out of what area?

Yummy. I LOVE fresh Walley and Pearch. So delicious. Doubt I will be seeing too much of that here in TX.

That may be true, but you're in one of the best fishing states there is. I miss it almost everytime I go fishing here.

Maybe if you are into bass...I personally prefer trout out of small montain streams and there isn't too much of that here n TX from what i've seen unfortunately...

It's funny we are all seeing different stuff, I thought it said post your flashing pictures, immediately clicked on it, and wondered why no NWS sign at the same time. :dumb:
