Thinking next week it's time to switch to the winter setup.

Given how non existent last winter was i'm not switching to my A/S until next sometime time next month. Even then i'll still be getting some UHP A/S tires because streets are clean most of they time any way since we typically don't get serious winters here. Edited by RacerX78

You drive an AWD car and you worry about weather? Put some fatties in the trunk if you're scare.

My WRX was also AWD and with Z Rated tires it was a drift machine. Yes i could get around but it was a sketchy ride. I always switched back to H-Rated All seasons for the winter.

You realize Blizzaks are not just for snow right? They are a soft compound tire for cold temps and provide great cold temp dry traction.

I really don't understand buying a second set of A/S to use as your "winter" setup, I guess you like average traction in any condition and intend to spend money on average traction? Makes Cents. I change my own stuff for free, so I can switch back in an hour if we get an extended warm up. I think the warm weather is done though. Even through now to Turkey day.
