Starting January, ill post a up every sunday night a theme.

Pics should be taken the week of the PAW

So heres how i'd like to work it.

Ill take suggestions here, and then post a new challange on Sunday night. All entries will need to be in by Saturday morning, 9am. Ill start a new thread for each week.

Im hoping this will keep me accountable for my learning.

(im also open to suggestions on how ot run this.)

Critique IS encouraged for these. They are way to help me and others grow our skills. However, if you DO NOT want to be critiqued, please make sure to say so. Its ok to be happy with your pics. :D

I like it. We tend not to get trolls in this section as everyone is a bit humble with their skills. Those who have them offer great advice. You can combine subjects with settings too.

Subjects:

Cars in strange places

self portrait

Mirrors

Light

Fire

Earth

Water

frozen

Moving objects

People

Nature

In house

Outdoors

Public

Magnetism

To learn settings:

Flash only

Must use slow/fast shutter

Must use small/large F-stop

High/low ISO

Zoom/Wide

Sun,cloud, florescent, incandescent lighting without color adjusting on camera

High Contrast

B/W only
