scoots Posted April 13, 2013 Report Share Posted April 13, 2013 Long story short my current SCT tuner bricked on Wednesday during a firmware update and SCT tech support has been no help. I called Brian Friday afternoon desperate to get my car retuned and back up and running since it is my daily driver. Brian got me in that day and worked until late to get the car tuned. We had a couple issue pop up along the way with the car pulling timing, but Brian was determined to fix the issue and leave me with a great tune. Thanks again Brian for your awesome customer service.
