greg1647545532
Before (after hitting the wall at Mid-O): I gave up trying to find a maroon fender, so I got a black one off ebay. Everything goes with black, right? Well it was straight, but that's all it had going for it -- scratched all to shit, partially resprayed. I guess they assume most buyers would just repaint it. Well, I didn't want to deal with that so I pulled out some gray vinyl I had leftover from a few years ago and used my wife's scrapbooking cutter (shudder) to cut it into squares. Still looks like crap, but now it's ricer crap. Spring can't come soon enough.

zeitgeist57
Spring can't come soon enough. http://global3.memecdn.com/you-derp-say_o_167350.jpg Looks good. Sacrificial fender for the next wall encounter. I LIKE IT... Giving me some ideas for the hood of Cleetus...
FourString
That's a solid fix. Where I'm from, you just bang the fender up even more with a hammer to "straighten it", and then spray bomb it with primer. You actually took the time to make it right lol. nurkvinny
Did you even look into how much it would have cost you to have the fender painted? It couldn't have been much.
POS VETT
Ultimate ricer is not checkered pattern. Get it wrapped with carbon fiber vinyl.
spankis
Did you even look into how much it would have cost you to have the fender painted? It couldn't have been much. I feel like matching faded 25 year old paint isn't super basic. Also, race car, as noted above.
Miller
I think it's a cool touch. Now instead of guys saying "I got walked by the red honda/acura they can say "I got walked by the guy with the checkered fender". Who cares Bruh have a good season. ShoMeSomeFun
Wouldn't be worth it to just have one shiny fender on a track car. I like it, good idea.

Dr. Apex
Looks good. Track cars are supposed to look like they've been driven. How you end up in the wall if I may ask? And where? I may have missed a thread you made about it likely. I've been lucky with a couple offs but no contact with any fixed objects...........yet. greg1647545532
Here's the thread with video. Despite the damage, I was also extremely lucky.
OrangeDot3083
Hell do the other fender to match? You might even start a new trend? Just thought of this... you didn't do that at the track day we were at together did you?
