i picked up my 2015 Mustang GT Performance Pack beginning of septemeber.

currently only mods are an MBPR 3" race cat back.

decided i wanted to go forced induction.

before making more power, i wanted to address the wheel hop that is present in stock form.

The wife decided to surprise me with Eibach Pro Kit Lowering springs, and i ordered BMR Delrin IRS cradle bushings, BMR 95 durometer Poly diff bushings, and Steeda Poly Trans Bushing.

these are all getting installed this weekend.

today i finished up ordering all the other go fast goodies.

ProCharger HO Kit with the upgrade to the D1SC head unit

ProCharger Fuel rail spacers to fit the new injectors

FRRP 55# injectors

Kenne Bell Boost A Pump

Stainless Works 1 7/8" Long Tube Headers

NGK 6510 spark plugs

I'm going to be ordering T clamps for all the connections, and may buy an aluminum intake tube to replace the silicone one that pro charger ships with the kit.

i will also be ordering a catch can kit so i don't have the crank case oil running through the supercharger.

lastly ill have to find a boost gauge, currently there are no pods or mounts for the 2015. most common solution is to use the performance pack gauge pack out of the EcoBoost mustang. it replaces the Vac gauge that the PP GT mustangs have with the boost gauge, and its plug and play. my only issue is it goes to 30psi, which ill never need. id rather have a gauge that goes to 15psi so its easier to tell how much boost its making, or a digital gauge.

Brian Turner / DynoTune Motorsports will be handling the tune on the car. I'm shooting for 600whp. a guy on the mustang6g.com forum with the same kit, same injectors, and a Lund Racing emailed tune made 634hp on 9si with stock exhaust manifolds (cats still in place). so think 600 rwhp is more than doable on my setup.

Had a whole line up of the autometer cobalt series that I bought used in my last Mustang and worked very well for the 4 years I had it, no complaints.

Looking forward to seeing the final outcome on this setup! Should be lots of fun.

Ran to Jegs this morning to check out some rough vent pods to see if I could make one work in my car. Currently no one makes a gauge pod for the 15 mustang, so people are getting creative. I wanted a somewhat factory look and retain use of the vent. After test fitting 3 different vent pods, the one for 09 up f150 looked like it would work with a little modification. Also picked up an autometer boost gauge while I was there.

Then the mail came and I got a few packages. My plugs, injectors, and kenne bell boost-a-pump.

so i did a search on the forums and saw people wanting to know if you could use a roush vent gauge pod from another mustang in the 15. No one had an answer, and looked like no one had tried it.

well i pulled my AC vent out, and headed to Jegs. They had pretty much every roush vent gauge pod in stock, i think there is only 3 anyway.

looked at all of them, and the one that fits is 403840, which is intended for the 05-09 Mustang and 04-08 F150.

this is exactly what i bought, although i thought it would have the roush gauge, but i didn't read the description that its a autometer sport comp, which is just fine for me.

http://www.jegs.com/i/Roush+Performance/832/403840K1/10002/-1

its not a direct fit, but with a little bit of modification i got it to work. i dremeled off the 2 protruding tabs on the side of the vent pod, and then it easily slid into the chrome trim ring.

after seeing the fitment, i then took some black RTV silicone and put a bead on the back side lip of the chrome trim ring, and a few spots on the inside of chrome trim ring. i then took some 2 part plastic epoxy and put it on the outside of the Roush vent pod, enough to fill the void between the trim ring and the vent pod.

i centered the pod in the trim ring, with the chrome trim ring facing down, i put a somewhat heavy object on top of the vent pod to hold it in place in the trim ring. let it set for 15 min, and then i added some more epoxy on the back of the trim ring to the vent pod for extra holding power.

in hindsight, i think i might have tried to find a couple large o rings or something to help with a tighter fit before using some epoxy to hod it in. not that what i did won't work, but i think i might have tried that as well.

i haven't wired the gauge up, or ran the boost line, but i wanted to make sure everything would go back on before i started wiring and running the line.

so this is the test fit, looks pretty good IMO. ill have to notch a spot out of the A/C duct for the wiring and tube to go through, and i bought some wide foam window seal that i will install as well to keep the seal on the A/C duct like the factory vent.
