I'm not sure exactly what changed.From what I read it removes all restrictions on car carry so you can carry how you see fit in your car. But you still cannot have a loaded long gun in your car. It also removes past disabilities if you messed up and got busted on the old car carry rules. So I can plan a trip to go eat there. I think it's great this passed but it is still not gonna make it "legal" to carry anywhere they have a sign up.
