I had it happen to me as well a few weeks ago. They just seized it and locked it down.- I've asked them to close it. They won't.- I've asked them to reinstate it. They won't.- I've asked them to delete my bank account info from the account. Paypal has become huge and very powerful in their own arena, might be time for government regulation and monitoring of their practices.
