GM man all the way. 170k on a 07 impala and 150k on my 05 Tahoe. Absolutely nothing wrong mechanically with either one of them nothing physically wrong with them either. I have had virtually no money into that that Impala, couple nickel-and-dime things. The Tahoe had some engine problems but the GM Garage knocked it out of the park and took care of me when they didn't have to.

I do remember at one point passing a car on the right...they waved me by. I couldn't slow down to their speed, I would have fell over like Artie Johnson on Laugh In. I will never forget looking down in the car as I went by. Dude's wife was sitting there with her hands clenched on the dash with this look of total terror on her face. On paper I agree with you. In practice I cannot agree. If justices strictly made decisions based on factual interpretation of the law, and excluded personal bias and political leanings...you would never see a 5-4 and probably not even a 6-3.
