don't fix if it aint broke. get another pair assuming they're around. i have a pair of kevlar lined jeans but dunno brand or anything. never crash tested but i'm sure they'd do alright. nothing fancy. i have crash tested several sets of one piece leather multiple times, so i can give you lots of feedback on those lol
