Crying is an understatement, it's more like crying for a week. The one to three percent that I might be faster than him on the street gets embarrassingly forgotten by the ninety percent that he is faster than me in the dirt.

Think of all the Adventure / Tourer I4s on the market. It has to be an I4 or else it just won't generate enough power to get out of corners properly.
-
Maybe I'll have to get an Adventure/Tourer so I can ride with all of you old guys.
-
It means that if you work really hard on your gaycycle you can keep up.

ps. I need someone to buy my scooter and motorcycle first. Only ridden on weekends by older gentlemanly gray bearded fellow amongst his closest friends in a brisk pointless circle. Never raced or wheelied on purpose.
-
I blame theroamr for posting a ride without describing it correctly. I bet the rest of the guys riding with him were acting like jerks too. It's a requirement if your are going to ride with that group. Something, something fight club something.

You know what you think you know. I am having a problem staying focused on what's the next bike for me. The one you know is a 50/50 proposition between what I want and what makes sense to buy at this time. You may be absolutely correct when it's all over.

For those of you track guys that use the Pit Bull Trailer restraint system, I have a custom set of pins I made for this scooter that will be thrown in the deal. This alone has to be worth thousands of dollars.

Sold, 07-0617 thanks for all your help. Selling this awesome scooter. Great for teaching people how to ride. Plenty of storage and a backrest/top box for passenger comfort. 16" tires make it one of the best handling step thru scooters out there. Dual front disk brakes with steel braided lines make it a competent stopper too. You won't find a cleaner used one on the market. Seriously the most fun two wheeled vehicle I've ridden on the gap. It passes every cruiser and even some un suspecting sport bikes. 4,957 miles, new rear tire and oil change, Givi top box for extra storage, extra tall windshield installed, stock factory windshield included. http://www.kymcousa.com/showroom/scooters/peopleS250/specifications.html

If I find the creepy old non riding bearded black dude that was stalking MJ, I'm going to zip tie him to a katana and drop him off in dark hole of Coshocton, that'll learn him.

Bike is fixed and the break-in miles have been reached. I road about 500 miles this past weekend despite everyone thinking all I did was drive around in my nephews truck.
-
Of course I stopped when she was out I like her, she isn't just some random chic unworthy of the good zipties.

I'm wondering if there is a loophole in controlled substance enforcement? Are you planning to buy your own trailer or rent when needed? If you are buying one the only thing I want to see you using are Pit Bull trailer restraints for this bike.

Go for new tires. PP3s would work for you too. You will be bored until after lunch but will learn things. You are probably fast enough to ride intermediate but should learn as much as possible on your first trackday for your sake and others on the track.

I hope I'm not chiming in too late because who really reads past the first page. For any new people that are considering going to this event I would say that you shouldn't bother. This is a group of rude people that won't even acknowledge or speak to you even if they have known you for years. Bunch of uptight stuck up alcoholics riding around on their fast machines flipping people off. They aren't even ashamed of themselves and have several videos of it with no fucks given.

I use four devices to get online, three of which are shared. I don't want to stay logged in for others plus the fourth unshared device is a phone. You kids just don't understand the struggle it is for an old man to navigate let alone try to read a phone.

The front page shows recent posts. It has one prevalent topic with repeating posters. Prior to this change the recent posts header was recent topics and it contained recent topics filling in the ten or so most recent topics, none of them repeating. This allows someone to see a larger variety of topics to participate in instead of it looking like there is nothing else going on except one topic.
-
No, it hasn't always been recent posts and it is a fucking stupid way to have it setup. It looks like there isn't any traffic here at times when all new content is about the same topic. Recent threads still shows the hottest posted topic with recent posts but it also shows diversity and the look of member participation in multiple topics.

I don't leave myself logged in automatically all the time for various reasons. When I do look at OR while not logged in the page looked differently a few weeks ago. On the right hand side there are several fields that are populated with current information about OR. One of the fields has changed and it is bugging the shit out of me. The old field was "recent topics" and all ten of the items were filled in with different threads, giving me the opportunity to see if anything interesting was being discussed. The current field is "recent posts" and all ten of the items can be from the same boring, stupid thread that has zero appeal to read any further. Participation would most likely increase if at a quick glance people could see various topics being discussed instead of a bunch of posts between two stupid people that have no interest to the outside world. Ask Tonik to explain it to you or I can try typing slower until you catch on.

Once again Casper has broken the internet. I look at this site almost everyday but don't log in unless something interests me. Sometime in the last couple weeks instead of recent topics populating it is now recent posts. Currently all of the options are being filled by one topic that I don't give a fuck about. This shit needs fixed so I can possibly be entertained by a choice in multiple topics instead of bored to death by stupid comments in a single topic that is infinitely boring.

I don't think he stopped riding altogether but like so many others on this board he couldn't stop his thing from making babies, you can figure out the rest. To address the video. Changing the road and distances will get different results using the same bikes as in the video. How you feel after you are done riding also plays into buying decisions. The goal isn't always speed, for me it's having a good time. I am one of the unlucky people that can't ride a cruiser, the damn things just kill my back. I however have no such discomfort riding a sportbike. I do get fatigued on long slow rides because of pressure created from the riding position on my wrists and shoulders. A faster ride on roads that require me to get off of the bike leaves me with little discomfort riding a sportbike.
