Parts came in yesterday. Starts getting put back together tomorrow. What a boring summer so far. I'm making it to a lot of dog shows so there's that. (Our dog did get an Owner Handler Best In Show last weekend though.)

What an idiot. Asking $10,500 for a bike that is only worth $5,600 before it got totaled. How is that overweight thing supposed to stop with only one brake rotor? How is it supposed to go around a curve lowered so much. Dumbass seller should just go kill himself.

Tonik was correct. He is an equal opportunity mocker. This is a rare issue that I can only find one other case of. I can't understand what happened. The bike has 19,992 easy miles on it, rode by an old man in his mid 50s only on the weekends.

I waited two weeks before I took it to a repair shop for work. It will be there two weeks this Saturday without being worked on yet. I'm expecting it to be expensive, the engine needs pulled and the case split. Casper, didn't we discuss me becoming a supporting member at the epic ride?

Home. I had a very nice time today. It was nice to hang out after the ride talking to everyone. Damn bike broke on the ride home though. Lost third gear, I hope that is the extent of the damage. What a slow 100 mile ride home.

My advice would be to avoid this group if TimTheAzn is part of it. He will ride like a hooligan, get the law called on you then leave just before they get to you, leaving you to deal with the fallout. You have been warned. I advise looking for a more mature riding group unless you desire the scrutiny of law enforcement. This is why I ride to the meeting spot alone because it's much less risky. The epic ride is usually much better organized and safer for us non hooligans.

I come here to be the voice of reason and tranquility only to find so many changes that I'm not sure if I'm able to process them all. Apparently new standards are in place for moderator qualifications and just any old shit stirrer can meet them. Plus it appears that the site has turned into a gay bicyclist club. Does anyone know of a good motorcycle riding forum?

Oh no you didn't. Tonik took care of that so no 102 for me, I have a clean slate. The OP may prove to be a douche but I have to laugh at some of the hypocrisies from people thinking that a different risk behavior is worthy of ridicule. I have rode with several people that have replied in less than legal circumstances. We are just as dangerous to others as the stunters are if not more so. I don't allow stunting on my group rides but I will go out with the stunters on their rides to follow and be entertained. It usually gets boring though and when I do go to watch I'm usually on the scooter because it's so slow. Most of them a very shitty back roads riders.

You might have been able to find yourself on a demo bike for the warrantee work if you would have bought from there. That way you wouldn't have to bother your wife. No, this is not normal practice for them but I know people.

Go see Mike at Kennedy's, he is easily the most qualified factory mechanic in the area. Don't go there on a Wednesday though he doesn't work that day.

It's a monopoly no matter what line of bullshit they are trying to feed. Remember all those internet cafes that populated every abandoned retail space in every town across the state? The ones that provided jobs and an actual chance for people to make money plus brought people into small towns and paid rent to countless buildings. They were shut down by the gambling monopoly that was voted in by the people. The same mess is being voted on here. Just as I was all for gambling in Ohio, I am also all for legalizing marijuana. I voted no on the gambling issues that were put forth and I will be voting no on issue 3 for the exact same reasons. I hope that issue 2 disbands the monopoly the casino's have so the good people of Ohio have an equal chance to conduct business in this state.

Because Blitz isn't elaborating I'm going to. This was a very rare occasion that has only happened once since I've been riding with this core group of guys. We don't do lunches, extended stops and certainly don't sight see or do any tourists stuff. This picture is that once event. Once there we all start snapping pictures with our phones and even take a timed one with everyone in it. Blitz then gets everyone by their bikes for a group photo and is holding his camera wrong. (At least that's what I tell him because I know everything.) He explains that he can take a picture of all of us, someone can take a picture of him and he can put it all together. This picture is the result of that. I have no idea how many pictures are included in this end result but I know he didn't get everyone in one picture and for sure he wasn't in any of the ones he took. I love to see the result of people's skills. This is a great example of being impressed. PS. I could be a little skinnier and have less gray in my beard if you really wanted to impress me.

I am seriously impressed with your editing skills. That almost seems impossible. Great picture. I can't believe we have all been past that place so many times before knowing it was there. From what I have seen in the past it's doubtful that both of them would have been caught and thrown under the jail. Most likely it would have been the one with the slowest motorcycle.

He knew the answer to the question before he asked. He wasn't getting anywhere accusing me of being the hooligan on 83. It was an afterthought deep into the confrontation and I could see the aha gotcha moment come to him when he asked if I had a CCH license and if I was carrying. He needed to make something happen and at that point was just grasping for anything. Good thing I am totally legal with license, insurance and registration or I would have gotten some sort of citation out of this. He couldn't get me for anything he witnessed since I obeyed all traffic laws in his presence. Tonic has posted the correct information in that no duty to inform existed for this particular case since I wasn't armed at the time. I have my duty to inform rudely interrupting the police speech well rehearsed and can't wait until that stupid portion of the law disappears. In fact I wish the whole CCH license would just disappear.
