My family met him when he was doing his rounds of the restaurant a couple years ago. He smokes all his own meat on-site, and actually holds a patent for the deboned rib steak (removing the bones while leaving the meat intact). BBQ sauce is a little expensive to buy in the bottle, but you may not be able to help yourself when you're done.

Give 'em the ol' People's Elbow, eh?

Being in NEO, you have easy access to Bubba's Q, I suggest you take full advantage of that fact. I challenge ANYONE (yes, including Southerners) to make a better piece of BBQ than Bubba Baker in Avon. Goddamn is that place delicious.

These are spot on, I can't vouch for any of the other stuff. A lot of these older place skimp on hotel accommodations as the casino makes them more money than the hotel ever would. However, if you aren't planning on spending a lot of time there anyway, then it might not necessarily matter. McCarran is a madhouse on Sunday. All of my flights out have been 6-6:30AM, and they've been very good in dealing with a zombified Cheech trying to go through security and getting to the flight. Also kinda funny (and somewhat maddening) trying to get to the airport just as the majority of the danceclubs are emptying out.

Just in: Zimmerman's in custody, turned himeself into the Florida authorities. Charged with second degree murder.

Ah, this is just my game... First off, you need to understand and prepare for the distinct possibility that you will want to use any and all means necessary get the fuck out of there that Sunday. Vegas is a sprint, not a marathon, and I've found that 3 days/3 nights is more than adequate. 4 days is spreading it REALLY thin. Flights I really can't help you on short of pointing you to the usual suspects, Southwest, Kayak, so on. Hotels, unless you REALLY want to stay someplace swanky, feel free to cheap out on. Understand that you probably will be cabbing it damn near everywhere, so try to find something that's semi-central to the Strip without killing your bank account. I don't know what stuff your friends have planned, but I don't plan on spending a ton of time at the hotel room when I'm in Vegas. Personal favorites: Get a cab and go to Ellis Island Casino. It's VERY off-strip, and smacks of old-school Vegas. You can sit down for 5 dollar blackjack anytime you want, snarf down cheap (and goddamn good) pizza or BBQ, and it's just an overall really chill environment. Try to time this around Saturday morning, when you're really starting to grow tired of spending all that cash. Go to Fremont Street, the "Old Strip" where they have the LED lightshow. Go during the night so you can see the lights (but everyone else is there for the same thing and to gamble) and go again during the morning to get some cheap and decent breakfast buffets and some cheap tables.

If you were only here earlier I might have actually got off my ass and done the decals for the bike before I sold off the plastics (and bike). Good luck to you man, looks like you've got a solid business ahead of you.

Case in point, wrong again. I fucking hate communist burritos. Bol's or tacos are what makes Amurica great, fascist.

This has got to be the dumbest piece of wannabe-deep-thought that I've seen you apply to this argument. I thought your "projects story where I carried heat because I was a dealer and would have totally smoked those fools if my buddy didn't roll up and shoo them away" was pretty dumb, but this wannabe-Plato/Sun Tzu thing you got going on up there, that's maximum derp. Honestly, it's like trying to debate a 13-year-old. You've got such a tenuous grip on the subject matter but you don't even want to understand it completely, opting instead to tell people that are trying to give you constructive retorts and refuting your arguments with valid statements as defined by the laws in this case and the rules of logic (I'm looking at you, Scruit) to fuck off, that you came from the "hood", and you already know everything. Here's another piece of advice you're going to summarily ignore. You know that thing in your hand that you've been using to type out long and barely coherent sentences on OR? That thing also has the ability to do about 5 minutes of research so you can find out some supporting documentation on your position OR, GOD FORBID, you realize that some of what others are saying that are in direct contrast to your position may be RIGHT, and that you may need to reassess your view. (Bad, I'm not looking at you, you're just wrong on every conceivable level). That's the whole fucking point of debating, so that it makes both parties think. Or, you could just keep projectile vomiting your opinion (and those lovely little proverbs, definitely keep those coming) after it's been thoroughly debunked as absolute shit over and over again.

This. To someone who is easily afraid, at first glance he can appear to be a little scary but however he is nowhere near an instigator.

Ryan, then Autozone right next to IP (closes at midnight), then WalMart.

I'm fucking floored right now. Mayhaps you've lost a step or two...
-
If I were you, I'd stay well clear of Off-Topic and all the associated subforums. Failure to heed this advice will probably result in you bitching about how you've lost your job by constantly being on OR attempting to defend your opinion instead of bitching about your data plan or whatever the fuck that was about. Consider yourself warned.

No arguments here.

I feel like you give the worst advice, ever.

You have no Constitutional right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Although I can cite tons of precedent where that's an accepted privilege, I can also cite tons of precedent where it's not.

Big fucking +1. What's worse, they have to pass RIGHT BY THE COPS on the way out. I've seen more sportbikes stopped for loud exhaust/license violations then I've seen Harleys' stopped in the parking lot or on Polaris due to DUI. Makes me seriously pissed off.

Exactly, however an investigation should always happen, and that didn't happen here until everyone got all ornery about it.
-
This right here. We (the public) do not have access to all the evidence that the investigators (now that the public forced the investigators to start investigating) have, therefore I don't have a complete picture to assess guilt or innocence. What I do have a complete picture of, however, is the complete lack of fucks given by the Sanford police and the fact that it took the FBI to swoop down on them to get them to do anything at all. What I also have a complete picture on is the laughable test of "self-defense" undertaken by law enforcement, the passing of which invokes the criminal/civil immunity portion of FL's stand your ground law. Don't get me wrong, I'm ALL for civil/criminal immunity once it's been PROVEN via some modicum of due process that the events that took place actually took place. If some dude broke into my house and I shot him dead, I would expect to surrender my firearm and have my house and my story investigated thoroughly to ensure that I wasn't bullshittin' the cops. Once the investigation was done, I'm exonerated, property returned, and I have immunity from any bullshit civil liability suit the family of the moron I shot wants to file against me.

The track.
