  1. Glad to see that she likes your weird wood and all!
  2. And the shops get the cars after the Advance Auto and Autozone code scan doesn't lead them to the correct fix for their vehicles. No offense to the guys that are there just doing their job... Well, except one maybe... I think Cadillac is still GM, although it IS a different world there! Feel free to hit me up.
  3. Where are you located and what kinds of vehicles? I might be able to help you out, and not cast you anything. That is unless you were wanting to get a code reader anyway. Post a link or something to the one that you're looking at. I do this car stuff for a living, and I might be able to help you.
  4. What year? Our 03 doesn't get more than about 16-18 MPG at best.
  5. Only when Pauly's driving it... Not because he's a bad driver, but because he doesn't care about the idiots that get in his way.
  6. Bud Light give me hangovers. Most craft beers don't.
  7. Those Camry's will run forever with a little maintenance. Timing belt @ about every 100k, and keep the oil changed.
  8. I made some last weekend. You were right. They are awesome! Took some jalapenos, sliced them in half, gutted them, sprinkled a little bit of a brown sugar based rub in them, some shreds of cheddar cheese, a scoop of cream cheese, then wrapped each in bacon. Ran them in the smoker for about 1-1/2 hour or so at around 250 degrees. I could have ran them at a little hotter temp, and I need to figure a way to get them to cook a little more consistently next time. I placed them directly on the cooking racks in the smoker.
  9. Gee, that makes your wood a lot less weird for sure. That does look amazing, and I bet it will mean more to Angel than she will ever be able to express! You are an alright-ish dude after all!
  10. Only because you don't ride any more. It's raining because I'm having people over for BBQ.
  11. Maybe just try the same video without all of the effects? Use effects for transitions and stuff, but let the product be seen! Like many others have said, it's not something that I would be into myslef, but if I knew someone that was looking for something like this, I could not use that video to recommend you! That same video without so many effects would probably do well!
  12. Yeah, mediocre chain pizza vs. smaller mediocre chain pizza. (I really do like both, though) I prefer the small mom and pop pizza joints.
  13. Call the local pizza shop and have them make you a real pizza?
  14. Fixed. Not so sure that's an upgrade. Explorers have their own set of problems.
  15. Does that mean he is in second place? (Second place is the first loser...)
  16. im a flaming homo! no lie And hacked by a midget...
  17. Oh great. Thanks for the baked beans idea. Ugh... More work to do now!
  18. Maybe I'll try both ways, then.
  19. The "kit" I referenced in my previous post has a rack to cook them in, pointy end down, and a tool for coring the peppers. Really, that doesn't sound all that labor intensive, especially if you're doing some BBQ anyway! I think I could work them into the mix pretty easily for the "Smokeout" that I'm having. I plan to do the pork Friday (since it reheats well) then throw the briskets in late Friday night. They should finish up in the late morning to early afternoon, just in time to toss the ribs in. The ribs should be done in time to have do some ABT's before people start showing up around 6:00. Sounds like a plan!
  20. I have been seriously thinking about making some ABT's. Meijer had a nice rack for cooking them that I might have to go pick up. How did you do your ABT's? The "Big Smokeout" that is becoming a yearly thing for us will be in a couple weeks. Briskets, Pork Butts, and Ribs. I'm even taking a day off work just to do everything! I should have time to post more BBQ porn this time! If anyone seriously wants to come out here to Johnstown for some BBQ and social time with friends and family, let me know. Family event, on Aug. 15.
  21. I'm going to be smoking a couple briskets, some pork, and some ribs for a gathering here on the 15th. It should be about 50 or so pounds of meat! I'll probably post more about it in the BBQ thread.
  22. Interested in price as well. Also, sound quality (with music), from a personal view, not the marketing info.
