Yea, the post above is actually the easiest answer. Take the title to the NC BMV and get a new title and plates. Well, stealing a plate is easier, but the above is safer.

You should get this. Make a ramp and put the bike on top. Plenty of power for all your stuff with room to spare to charge all the jump boxes.
